Fri:
11am-11:45am – chair yoga (Titletown Fitness)

Mats provided (or bring your own)

Aqua Yoga

This class keeps most of the warrior and balance poses and the modifies the rest so it can be done in the pool. A great way to relax while improving your balance and flexibility.
